I had a good first time user experience. However failed to get the vehicle (RAV4) i had requested and the vehicle I finally got was delivered abit late beyond the pick up time that was in the agreement. Those are areas for improvement. Looking forward for more of your services in the future.
I rented a Toyota for a trip from Nairobi to Diani and back. The car was delivered to the hotel and then received at the airport. The car was clean and did not let us down in any way. I recommend it.
